Platform policies

Clear rules for both sides.

Facioneer's policies are designed to protect professionals and clinics equally. No surprises.

Clinic cancellation policy

Cancelled >72 hours before shift No charge
Cancelled 24–72 hours before $25 admin fee
Cancelled <24 hours before 50% of platform fee

When a clinic cancels within 24 hours, 50% of the platform fee is immediately charged to the clinic and routed directly to the professional via Stripe — automatically, at the moment of cancellation. No claim required. The platform retains nothing from this charge.

Professional cancellation & no-show

Cancelled >24 hours before shift No penalty
Cancelled <24 hours before Reliability impact + 30-day Priority suspension
No-show (no cancellation) −15 reliability points + 14-day suspension

First no-show results in 14-day suspension. Second no-show is reviewed for permanent removal. Reliable professionals are never penalised for genuine emergencies documented within 2 hours.

Payment timeline

Shift completed → pro submits timesheet → clinic approves on their schedule → Stripe charges clinic automatically → funds arrive in your account.

Within 48 hours

of clinic timesheet approval — independent of clinic payroll cycle

Each clinic sets their own approval schedule (same day to 5–7 days) — visible on every shift listing before you accept. Once the clinic approves, Stripe charges their account automatically and payment reaches yours within 48 hours. Facioneer never sees or stores your banking details.

Dispute resolution

When clinic and professional disagree on hours worked or shift details:

1 Both parties submit their record within 48 hours of shift completion
2 Facioneer admin reviews both submissions and adjudicates within 24 hours
3 Decision is communicated in writing to both parties and is final

All shift activity is audit-logged at 13 data points per action. Disputes rarely arise — but when they do, the evidence is always there.
